Automatic Duck Debuts New Plug In for Final Cut Users at IBC 2009

ProDate DV Solves Vexing Problem of Displaying Time and Date Data for Final Cut Editors

SEATTLE, WA (September 2, 2009) – Automatic Duck (www.automaticduck.com), the creators of timeline integration software for digital media artists, announced today it has created a novel solution for editors using Final Cut Pro and Final Cut Express -- displaying the time and date stamp data captured from DV cameras on the edited sequence. Making its debut at IBC 2009 in Amsterdam next week in the Automatic Duck stand #7.K21, ProDate DV is a plug in for the Final Cut Pro and Final Cut Express communities that enables editors to simply and quickly display on screen the time and date information recorded by DV cameras.

Automatic Duck president, Wes Plate, will be on hand at IBC 2009 to greet customers, partners and press to demonstrate its newest addition to its family of workflow-enhancing tools for editors, as well as to demonstrate its industry-popular timeline translation tools, such as Pro Import FCP, Pro Export FCP and Pro Import AE.
